Aperol Spritz - $12
1.5 oz Aperol
2.25 oz. Sparkling
Top w/ Club Soda
In wine glass with ice, combine Aperol and sparkling, fill with club soda to desired level.
Glass: Wine Glass w/bar ice
Garnish: Orange Slice
Violet 75 - $13
1.5 oz Violet Gin (V. Fog or Empress)
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple
Fill w/ sparkling
Combine gin, lemon, and simple in shaker, shake and strain into flute. Top with sparkling.
Glass: Flute, no ice
Garnish: Lemon twist
Lemon Drop Martini - $14
1.5 oz Citron Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Simple
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Combine all in shaker, shake, double strain into rimmed martini glass.
Glass: Martini, no ice
Garnish: Lemon twist, sugared rim.
Strawberry Mojito - $13
1.5 oz White rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Simple
3 strawberries
7 mint leaves
Muddle mint, strawberries and simple in shaker tin, add all others, shake and double strain.
Fill w/club soda
Glass: Collins w/bar ice
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Margarita (Spicy) - $13 ($15 spicy)
1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple
1/2 oz Cointreau
(Spicy: Add 2 barspoons Pepper tincture)
In shaker, combine all ingredients, shake, strain over ice
Glass: Rocks w/bar ice
Garnish: Lime wheel, salt rim (Smoked spice rim if Spicy)
East 8 Hold Up - $14
1.5 oz Tito’s
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple
1/2 Passionfruit Syrup
Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake, double strain over ice
Glass: Collins w/bar ice
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Mango Lassi - $13
2 oz Rumhaven Coconut rum
1 oz Mango Puree
1/2 oz Blue Chair Mango Rum Cream
3oz Coconut Water
1tsp Greek Yogurt
Pinch cardamom
In shaker, combine all ingredients, add yogurt last, shake, strain over ice
Glass: Rocks w/bar ice
Garnish: Shaved nutmeg
Silo Mule - $13
2oz 360 Vodka
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Ginger syrup
Fill Ginger Ale
Combine all in shaker, shake, double strain over ice.
Glass: Mule w/bar ice
Garnish: Lime Wheel
Paper Plane - $15
3/4 oz Woodford
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Nonino
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Combine in shaker, shake, double strain into glass
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Lemon swatch on side of glass (express if desired)
Old Fashioned - $15
2oz Buffalo Trace
1/4 Demerara Syrup
4 dash Orange bitters
2 dash Angostura bitters
In mixing glass measure in bitters and syrup. Add ice and whiskey. Stir and strain into glass. Express orange swatch over cocktail.
Glass: Rocks w/ big cube
Garnish: Orange Swatch (Expressed)
Espresso Martini - $14
1.5 oz Tito’s
1.5 oz Cold Brew
1/2 oz Luxardo Espresso Liqueur
1/2 oz Simple
Combine all in shaker, shake, strain into chilled glass.
Glass: Martini, no ice
Garnish: 3 coffee beans on top of crema
Bourbon Chai Latte - $13
1 oz Woodford Rsv
1 oz White Creme de Cacao
1 oz Bengal Tea Syrup
1oz Heavy Cream
1 pinch cinnamon
Combine all in shaker, add cream last, strain over ice.
Glass: Rocks w/ bar ice
Garnish: Cinnamon
Patio Smash (Bartender’s Special)
1 oz Evan Williams (or 360 vodka)
1 oz St Germain
3/4 oz OJ
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple
Grenadine for color
Top with sparkling
Combine all in shaker w/ bar ice, strain into wine glass w/bar ice
Glass: Wine Glass, top with sparkling
Garnish: Orange wheel
NA 1: Strawberry Refresher - $10
Strawberry/Cucumber
3 strawberries
3 cucumber slices
3/4 oz Lime juice
1 oz Honey
Fill with Club Soda
Muddle strawberries and cucumber in shaker. Add Honey and Lime Juice. Shake and pour into glass over ice. Top w/club soda.
Alcohol option: Add 1.5 oz 360 Vodka or Bacardi White (cost of shot) before topping w/club soda
Glass: Collins w/bar ice
Garnish: Cucumber slice
NA 2: Ginger Sunshine - $10
(Passionfruit/Ginger)
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz Passionfruit Syrup
Fill w/ Ginger Ale
Combine all in shaker. Shake and double strain over ice. Top w/ginger ale.
Alcohol option: 1.5 oz vodka or Bacardi White Rum (cost of shot), fill w/ginger ale

Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Pepper Tincture Prep Recipe
1 cup 80 proof vodka (cheap)
2 Jalapeno
1/2 of a habanero
GLOVES!!!
Remove seeds and stems from peppers (USE GLOVES), thinly slice and put into container. Pour vodka over and rest for at least 24 hours. Shake occasionally. Tincture gets spicier over time. Once at desired heat, strain tincture from peppers.
Bengal Spice Syrup Prep Recipe
1 cup Turbinado Sugar
1 1/4 cup Hot Water
2 bags Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice Tea
Steep 2 bags in 1 cup boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Incorporate 1/4 cup fresh boiling water and 1 cup of sugar. Mix until sugar is completely diluted.
Demerara Syrup
1 cup Demerara Sugar
1 1/4 cup Boiling Hot Water
Combine sugar and water until sugar is completely diluted.
