Salt/tajin the rim of a pint glass, add ice, build in glass, top with beer of choice (Options: Hamms, Montucky, Highlife - other beers will be an up-charge)

Shake, dirty dump into rocks glass (OR double strain into coup if they want it served up)
Ask if they want with or without egg white. If they want egg white, add all ingredients to a shaker with no ice, separate egg white into tin, dry shake with no ice hard for 25 seconds. Add 2 cubes of ice to shaker and shake until you cannot hear the ice anymore. Double strain over ice or into coup.
