A funky negroni, jalapeño for floral notes, bitter and herbaceous.

featuring a fermented cilantro jalapeno oleo saccharum, epazote infused ensemble and la luna’s cupreata.

El conde means “the count” in Spanish a nod and wink to the originator of the negroni Pascal Olivier Conte de Negroni.

Take over on the most traditional drink in Jalisco, Mexico, the classic Paloma.

Refreshing, little spicy, a little salty, a little bitter, a little sweet and a little sour. So many flavors!

Reposado is infused with morita pepper. We made a killer white peppercorn grapefruit cordial. And we finish it with pamplemousse liqueur, lime, salt and a touch of CO2.

Takeover on an Old Fashioned.

All the ideal of an old fashion with none of the ingredients.

Smokey, spirit forward, nice hints of caco, cinnamon and spices with so many layers that make it super complex.

Made with our mezcal blend, our amari blend, botanical cordial (cinnamon, cacao, turkish rubarb,
wormwood, cloves, vanilla), and a touch of cacao liqueur. Finished with bitters of angostura, black strap, and cherry bark and vanilla.
