Maria Pepina
Espolon blanco tequila, pickled pepper juice (from house made pickled peppers) lime juice, spiced tomato.

8oz. Fat: 1 liter Skyy vodka in bacon infused vodka.
Worcestershire, pepper, Sargent peters spiced tomato

Last Man Standing
Homage to the person that lasted the longest the night before.
Old overholt rye whiskey, pickle juice, tobasco, salt and peppered rim on glass.
Garnish: pickle spear
The Banjo Strum
Uses our well gin, New Amsterdam, a light and citrusy gin. Clements sweet orange liqueur, and OJ, topped with bud light. Like a shandy or mimosa. No garnish, pub glass.
Partly Cloudy
Cruzan #9 spiced rum, hints of baking spices, lime and ginger beer. A lighter twist on a “dark and stormy”
Room Service
A twist on a classic French 75 cocktail. Gin, Lemon, strawberry simple syrup (use monen brand in winter when berries are out or season) and prosecco.
El Matador
Like a ginger margarita. Anejo tequila, homemade ginger agave syrup, Lemon juice, st. Germain, and club soda, orange bitters.
Garnish: flamed orange peel (drip oils over drink)
Criada Rosada
“The tequila drinker’s drink”
Muddled sugar and cucumber, st. Germain, with lime and white tequila. Garnished with peychauds bitters across top of cocktail for the layer of pink on top.
Garnish: slice of cucumber.
After School Special
A michelada style beer cocktail.
This is a shandy made with raspberry black tea infused tequila, ginger agave syrup, and topped with modelo especial table side, and the guest is given the rest of the beer but not told how to drink it. It is up to them!
Garnish: lime wheel
Negroni Bianchini
A white negroni, a gateway negroni. This drink is on tap, made from aperol, Campari, white vermouth, and beefeater gin.
Cornelius keg, 5.2 gallons
Garnish: orange peel
Two Long Vodka
Suggest this to someone when they order a cosmopolitan or a vodka cranberry. This is a take on the classic “long vodka”. Combines orange and cranberry bitters (mongrose), with lemon, simple syrup, and belvedere. Easy drinking.
Garnish: Lemon twist
Moscow Mule
Served in a copper mug ($40/each). Uses ginger agave syrup, vodka, like juice and club soda.
Garnish: candied ginger and mint
The Persuasion
This cocktail uses sparkling sake, Japanese yuzu, martin miller gin and diluted honey (1:9). Served up.
Garnish: thyme sprig and lemon twist
Pineapple Pisco Sour
Meant to be drank without a straw, sipped on. Pineapple infused Pisco (a Peruvian grape based liquor). Infused for 4 days. Shaken (without ice!! this is called dry whipping) with egg white, lemon and simple syrup.
Garnish: flowers made of ango drops
Singapore Sling
A traditional gin cocktail from Singapore. Made with Cointreau, Benedictine, grenadine, lime and pineapple. Pineapple gives the drink its froth on top from shaking the cocktail.
Garnish: orange and mint
Clown Punch
Peach brandy, white rum and fresh OJ. Garnished with pomegranate foam on top, served for one or two!
Angostura Smash
Great summertime drink. Mint, bullet rye whiskey, Lemon, simple syrup and angostura bitters. Shaken, strained.
Garnish: ango drops, lemon and mint
Smashed Irishman
Main stay cocktail! Jameson, honey, mint, Guinness reduction (reduced in half), lemon juice.
Garnish: smacked mint leaf or sprig
Clydesdale
Modernization of the Mayme Taylor. Rinsed with Laphroaig 10year scotch, ginger agave syrup and lime juice.
Garnish: mint leaf
Bells & Whistles
Homemade bell pepper and jalapeño syrup (roasted, peeled, seeded and blended with simple), makers mark bourbon, and basil.
Garnish: basil leaf
Mint Julep
Muddled sugar and mint with bourbon
Garnish: fistful of mint!
The Old Fashioned
Muddled sugar, luxardo (brandy soaked) cherries, orange peel, angostura bitters and stirred.
Garnish: luxardo cherry
Three Bitter Manhattan
Three bitters: ango, peychauds, and black walnut. Bourbon, luxardo cherries and sweet vermouth.
Garnish: luxardo wrapped in orange peel
What does “Maid” mean when describing a cocktail?
It is cucumber mint and citrus smashed with some spirit.
What does “smash” mean?
Mint is incorporated into the cocktail.

Difference between Aperol and Campari.
Aperol: Italian liqueur of orange, sweet and bitter.
Campari: Italian deep red liqueur, grapefruit zest, more bitter and less sweet.
