A classic Martini contains gin and a half ounce of dry vermouth. Today, however, the word martini has been warped to mean something a little different to everyone.
Some want gin, most typically want vodka. Some want vermouth, most typically do not. “Cold-shaken straight vodka” is a common desire among our guests who ask for a “Martini”.
Martinis cost more than a normal shot of liquor, because they contain 3oz of the desired spirit instead of the typical 2oz in a normal cocktail.

Bleu Cheese-stuffed Olives

A botanical-infused spirit that is highly aromatized and used to add flavor to drinks(and sometimes, food). They are bitter or bittersweet in flavor.
They often contain alcohol, such as in Angostura Bitters, but are not normally considered a beverage on their own. Cocktail Bitters are kept in a “dasher” bottle to add small amounts to a drink for an accenting flavor and aroma.
