BLOODY MARY
INGREDIENTS: 50 ml - Vodka 120 ml - Tomato juice 15 ml - Lemon juice 2-3 dsh - Worcestershire sauce 3-10 dsh - Tabasco 1-2 dash - Celery salt, salt, black pepper
METHOD: Rolling up&down
GLASSWARE: Highball, with ice
GARNISH: Celery stick
BRANDY ALEXANDER
INGREDIENTS: 25 ml- Brandy 25 ml- Cream 25 ml - Irish cream 25 ml - Dark crème de cacao
METHOD: Shaken & dbl strained
GLASSWARE: Martini, NO ice
GARNISH: Grated nutmeg
CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
Top up - Champagne
1-2 - Brown sugar cubes
1-2 dsh - Angostura Bitters
METHOD: Built up
Place the sugar in the bottom of the flute glass. Add the angostura, and fill the glass with champagne.
For a stronger version, add a float go cognac or grand-mariner.
GLASSWARE: Flute glass, NO ice
GARNISH: Lemon peel
COLLINS
INGREDIENTS: 45 ml - Gin, Vodka or Whisky (it depends of the version) 30 ml - Simple syrup 25 ml - Lemon juice Top up - Club soda
METHOD: Shaken & dbl strained
GLASSWARE: Collins or Highball, with ice
GARNISH: Orange slice
DAIQUIRI
INGREDIENTS:
45 ml - White rum
30 ml - Simple syrup
25 ml - Lemon juice

INGREDIENTS:
50 ml - Gin
25 ml - Dry vermouth
METHOD: Stirred

60 ml - Gin
15 ml - Sherry fino
METHOD: Stirred

“XYZ” SOUR
INGREDIENTS: 50 ml - Spirit of choice (Gin, whisky, etc) 30 ml - Simple syrup 25 ml - Lemon juice Optional - 1 egg's white
METHOD: Shaken and dbl strained
GLASSWARE: Old fashioned, with ice
GARNISH: Lemon, cherry, mint…
Optional: A few drops of angostura on top
MANHATTAN / ROB ROY
INGREDIENTS:
50 ml - Bourbon / Scotch
30 ml - Sweet Vermouth
2 dsh - Angostura bitters
METHOD: Stirred
GLASSWARE: Martini NO ice
GARNISH: None, or cherry
MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
50 ml - White tequila
25 ml - Lime juice
15 ml - Simple syrup
METHOD: Shaken & strained
GLASSWARE: Margarita glass / Martini, NO ice
GARNISH: Half glass rimmed with salt, & lime wedge or wheel
MARY PICKFORD
INGREDIENTS: 45 ml - White rum 30 ml - Pineapple juice 7 ml - Granadine 7 ml - Maraschino liqueur
METHOD: Shaken & dbl strained
GLASSWARE: Martini, NO ice
GARNISH: None
MINT JULEP
INGREDIENTS: 60 ml - Bourbon 15 ml - Simple syrup 3 dsh - Angostura bitters 6-8 - Mint leaves
METHOD: Tear the mint leaves. Shake all ingredients & dbl strain.
GLASSWARE: Old fashioned, with crushed ice
Copper cup, with crushed ice
