Jar 60ml Havana Club Anejo 3 Anos 30ml Sugar 30ml Lime 4 Lime Wedges Handful Mint (small) Angostura bitters M: Add Rum, Lime Wedges, Lime Juice & Sugar then Muddle. Fill 1/4 with crushed ice and stir. Add handful of clapped mint. Top up with crushed ice and soda. G: Bitters, Mint Sprig & Lime Wedge.

Add Gin, Sugar, Lime & Egg white then Double Shake. Double strain and top with crushed ice and lemonade. G: Dash orange bitters, 2 Cucumber ribbons, Lime Wedge, a crack of black pepper and a Spray of Rose water.
