2 oz Maker’s Mark
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with brandied cherry.
Negroni
1 oz gin

1 oz Campari
Stir, strain on the rocks, serve with orange twist.
Port of Kingston
1.5 oz tawny port
1 oz gin
.75 oz cinnamon syrup

Shake, strain over rocks, garnish with mint.
Cucumber Gimlet
2 oz Hendrick’s
.75 oz St. Germain
.5 oz lime juice
1 thick slice of cucumber
Muddle cuke, shake all ingredients, strain into martini glass, garnish with thin cucumber round
Coconut Cocoa
1.5 oz. Sugar Island coconut rum
Hot cocoa
Rum and cocoa mix in warmed glass, add hot water, top with whip.
Spanish Coffee
.5 oz Grand Marnier
.5 oz Disaronno Amaretto
.5 oz Tía Maria
Coffee
Add liqueurs to warmed glass, add coffee, top with whip.
Lemon Drop
1.5 oz Absolut Citron
.75 oz simple syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
Shake, strain into chilled martini glass with sugar rim and lemon.
Hot Toddy
1.5 oz Jack Daniels Honey
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz honey
Hot water
Combine all ingredients in warmed glass, add hot water, garnish with lemon. Stir extra! Honey is thick.
Vesper
2 oz Bombay Sapphire
.5 oz Tito’s
.25 oz Lillet Blanc
Shake, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with lemon twist.
Chocolatini
2 oz Heritage Vanilla vodka
1 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
Shake, strain into chilled martini glass with chocolate sauce garnish
French Martini
1.5 oz Tito’s
1 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz Chambord
Shake, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with raspberry or lemon twist.
Sidecar
1.5 oz brandy
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz Cointreau
Shake, strain into chilled martini glass with sugared rim and orange.
Twice Irish Coffee
.75 Bailey’s
.75 Jameson
Coffee
Add to warmed glass, top with coffee and whip.
BSB Russian
1.5 oz Brown Sugar Russian
.75 oz Kahlúa
Cream
Build in short glass over rocks.

Spiced Cider
Add Tuaca and spiced cider mix to warmed glass. Add hot water and top with whip.
