What are the main generators rating up to 41,000 feet
25kVA
AUTOXTFER Switch/lights
Both extinguished
In general terms what is the function of the AUTOXTFER
To ensure AC bus’s 1/2 remain powered at all times
Bus priority logic
Onside Gen APU Gen Cross-side Gen External AC
Why would you want to inhibit (selecting off (off white light) auto transfer
to isolate a main AC bus in the event of an electrical emergency
On the AUTOXFER switch/lights what does the “OFF” light indicate
that the crew pressed the switch/light to prevent auto transfer. Look at AC synoptic page
On the AUTOXFER switch/lights what does the ‘FAIL” light indicate
That auto transfer fail. Look at AC synoptic page
Will AUTOXFER automatically happen
Yes
ESS POWER (AC ESS XFER) Switch/Light
Extinguished
What does it mean when the ESS POWER switch/light is illuminated
The ESS Bus is normally powered by AC bus 1, which is essential to flight, if this is illuminated AC bus 1 is not powering the ESS Bus.
What else will power the AC ESS Bus
AC Bus 2 or the ADG Bus
AC/DC UTILITY Switch/light
Extinguished
What do it mean if the AC/DC UTILITY Switch/light is illuminated
That all utility busses have been shed
Will the AC/DC UTILITY Switch/light illuminate if one bus is shed
No
What happens when this switch/light is illuminated or pushed
Ties DC Bus 1 and 2 together to the working TRU. The DC Utility Bus’s 1 and 2 will be shed
LANDING LTS
Off
What are the limitations on the Landing/Taxi Lights
Do not illuminate on the ground except for takeoff and landing
IGNITION
OFF
When does ignition com on automatically
During a stall or when the stall system is being tested.
