Only after indemnity payment - full and final disbursement in Gencon. After expense payment alone it will not change to disbursed. Also after indemnity on account payment alone it will not change to disbursed.

When does claim status change to approved in BaNCS?

Answer 2

When indemnity full and final payment is approved. If only indemnity on account or expense full and final is approved, it will not change to approved in BaNCS.

What is the TP claim requirement related to auto mailer from Gencon?

For TP claims disbursed through NEFT in Gencon, an auto mail is triggered from the system in a predefined format.
