From Gencon into the same column in BaNCS - sub ledger code, sub ledger name, policy #,

From Gencon but into different column in BaNCS - Gencon claim # - BaNCS reference #, Gencon claim servicing location code - BaNCS branch code

BaNCS logic - transaction type, BaNCS voucher number, voucher date = reserve posting date.

A

BaNCS claim number will be product code (4) followed by Gencon claim # followed by suffix OD, TP or PA.

What was the chola MS feedback on when the claim is in registered status in Gencon?

A

1) For migrated claims, a recon report is required to detail account balances before migration in gencon (from Gencon), after migration in Gencon (from Gencon) and after migration in BaNCS (from BaNCS).
2) In Gencon GL view, the reversal entries should have a transaction type of “Data Migration”.
3) In claims, all the versions of claim registration is expected to be migrated.
4) Point # 10 should be as per Gencon - to be validated internally within TCS.
5) In BaNCS GL View there should be an indicator to display that the claim is a migrated claim.
