Q
About
1. Spina fibida
2. Myelomeningiocele
3. Encephalocele
A
1 : Most common, post.end of neural tube, may simple( spina fibida oculata) asymptomatic or sever(spina fibida) with meningitis out pouching
2: commonly in lumbosacral region ,motor and sensory deficits lower extremities , bowel and bladder problems , posterior fossa structures
3: diverticulum of malformed CNS tissue extending through cranium ,occipital region
or the posterior fossa , if defect anterior brain tissue may
extend into the sinuses.
