Children 9-13 hrs sleep
Babies 12-17 hrs sleep
Relax 1 hr before sleep (read book)
Avoid using phone/tablet 1 hr before sleep
Melatonin is a POM → need find GP

A

Nytol
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride
>16 yrs, 1T 20 mins before sleep
SE: drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth
See GP if worse/no better in 7 days

Relaxing technique - meditation
