Diphenhydramine hydrochloride
>16 yrs, 1T 20 mins before sleep
SE: drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth
See GP if worse/no better in 7 days
Advice for DEPRESSION
Exercise, physical - mental
Socialise, be around people (friends + family)
Relaxing technique - meditation
CBT - NHS

Advice for ALZHEIMERS
Reduce the risk / delay onset by having a healthy lifestyle and reduce smoking/alcohol
Stay mentally and socially active
