Indications

A

ST elevation MI (STEMI), moderate to high risk non-ST elevation MI (STEMI), acute coronary syndrome, substitute for aspirin in pts. Unable to take aspirin.

Precautions

A

Should not be taken with proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole and similar drugs), use with caution with other anticoagulants (Warfarin, enoxaparin, streptokinase, aspirin).
