- Inhalation of broncial irritant(e.g. smoke or fumes)

Larynx- barking, painful
Laryngitis, Pertussis(whooping cough)

Bronchi- sometimes productions, worse at night, worse in the morning, with blood.

- Post-infectious cough
- Exacerbations of underlying diseases.
