Wet form: 1ml heparin, 2x 1-2ml of abdominal effusion

Shedding: 5g faeces
Wet FIP: 1ml effusion in EDTA or plain tube
What should be written on each sample tube submitted?
Name of the pet AND owner, site sampled and date (and time) sampled
What should be included in the sample submission form?
Clinical signs (+/- relevant history) and believed diagnosis, previous submission for this animal (any other lab data), current/prior treatments
