Note: think that patient can not get comfortable; Left = Lungs
- pulmonary congestion
- cough
- crackles
- wheezes
- blood-tinged sputum
- tachypnea
- restlessness (pt is hypoxic)
- confusion (pt is hypoxic)
- orthopnea
- tachycardia
- fatigue
- cyanosis

- weight gain
- ascites
- enlarged liver and spleen
- fatigue
- distended jugular veins
- dependent edema
- increase peripheral venous pressure
