  • pulmonary congestion
    • cough
    • crackles
    • wheezes
    • blood-tinged sputum
    • tachypnea
  • restlessness (pt is hypoxic)
  • confusion (pt is hypoxic)
  • orthopnea
  • tachycardia
  • fatigue
  • cyanosis
