Over time what changes occur in the bone marrow?
A
Becomes less cellular and more adipocytes present.
Typical formula is 100 - Age = Amount of regular cells to adipocytes.

What would cause hypocellularity of a young person’s bone marrow?
A
Pancytopenia – depression of all cells

What would be found in the bone marrow if concerned for neoplasm?
A
Monotonous – all the same appearing cells meaning came from a single cell.
