Pres-existing lung disease recent trauma or surgery tall thin male <45 surgical emphysema hyper resonant trachea diversion absent breathing sounds
signs of Tb
Look for diabetes, immunosuppressed, prior tb, alcohol, immigrants, alcohol abuse. Signs of bronchial breathing, crackles, finger clubbing.
