Why did the SCSI declare this emergency?
A
The SCSI is motivated to declare this emergency as climate change is the one of the greatest threats of our time and has far reaching implications for the property, land and construction industry and all of our futures. Buildings and construction play a major part, accounting for nearly 40% of energy-related carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions whilst also having a significant impact on our natural habitats.

What does the SCSI declaration include?
A
