What are the two reasons we need to confirm the dates for the Monthly Progress calls (when the general rule is the last Wed and last Friday of the month)?

A
  1. December is often a crap month for people with holidays, so we negotiate this with them depending what date it falls on.
  2. When the call would fall around the 24th of the month, we have a decision to make whether to do it then, or to push it to the 1st or 2nd of the next month.

  2. Put reminders in your calendar to prepare the call slides ready for Jasmine to check before the call.

It’s an accountability program for the Real Estate Leaders and Matters Most Mastermind clients.

  • In our private spreadsheet (where we track them); and
  • Publicly on the Monthly Progress Call boards for their program (so their peers can see them… which motivates them to be accountable!)

What do clients do with Goal Sprints?

A

Clients set three goals - a health goal, a money/career goal and one other. They organise a plan for HOW they’ll achieve it, committing to a number, and then they track their metrics for 12 weeks and send in their numbers each fortnight.
