Listing to clients and looking after their best interests

How do you look after and maintain clients?
A
Ensure I fully understand their objectives and requirements
understand their position and long-term goals

How do you report to your clients?
A
- We have bi-weekly meetings, ensure open lines of communication.
- Site progress and updates and reports provided
- if I have a phone call with a client, I ensure it is followed up with an email confirming what was discussed so it is documented.

What is your though on emails?
A
They can legally bind contracts.
