How do you identify new clients?
In my current agency role I attend networking events regularly and directly reach out to occupiers who might have an upcoming lease expiry and therefore might require professional advise on an acquisition
How do you seek to improve your client care?
Ensuring I am seeking regular feedback from my clients to understand specifically how I can improve
Provide an example of when you have shown client care?
When undertaking a new instruction, I arrange a meeting to understand the objectives of the client and their expectations and arrange weekly or bi-weekly meetings to keep up to date with instructions.
Why is it important to show client care?
Aligns with RoC 3 and 5, also effective client care can lead to increased business generation in building a relationship and therefore trust
