Sanitation
Soap in a liquid form that washes away grease, dirt and debris from the surface
Detergents
It means to kill harmful microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi, which may cause harm or threat to health. It is a common household cleaning products that are suitable for toilets and floors but should not be used on food contact surfaces and must not be used as sanitizers
Disinfectants
It reduces the number of harmful microorganisms, to a number safe to human health. These are chemicals that are used after detergents
Sanitizers
They physically scratch off dirt, stains, and tarnish via friction as you rub a surface. It is used to remove heavy accumulations of soil often found in small areas
Abrasive cleaners
It means any device or appliance designed to be worn or held by an individual for protection against one or more health and safety hazards
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
A garment that is worn over other clothing, and covers mainly the front of the body. It is a functional accessory that protects one’s clothes and skin from stains and marks
Apron
Sometimes simply a net or caul, often elasticized, fine net worn over long hair to hold it in place. It is worn to keep hair contained
Hairnet
A piece of cloth or other material, which you wear over your face so that people cannot see who you are, or so that you look like someone or something else
Face mask
A covering for the hand having separate sections for each of the fingers and the thumb and often extending part way up the arm
