3/4 oz Carpano Antica Sweet vermouth
1 dash peychaud’s
Stirred, strain.
Glass: chilled small coupe or rocks glass w/ large cube

3/4 oz green chartreuse
3/4 oz luxardo maraschino liqueur

Sazerac
1 oz Bulleit Rye
1 oz well cognac
1 sugar cube
3 dashes peychaud’s
2 dashes angostura
Absinthe rinse
Chill rocks glass, place sugar cube in mixing glass w/ bitters and muddle, add ice and spirits, rinse glass w/ absinthe.
Stirred, strain.
Glass: small rocks glass
Garnish: bourbon cherry
French 75
2 oz gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
Shaken, strain over fresh ice
Top w/ champagne
Glass: Tall collins
Garnish: lemon wheel
Old Fashioned
2 oz well rye whiskey
3 dashes angostura
1 sugar cube
2 orange peels
Place orange peel, bitters, and sugar cube in mixing glass, muddle. Add ice and spirits.
Stirred, strain.
Glass: Double rocks/large ice cube
Garnish: Orange peel, 2 bourbon cherries on pick

2 oz house gin
3/4 oz lemon
1/2 oz luxardo maraschino liqueur (to taste)
1/4 oz creme de violet (to taste)

1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
1 drop lavender bitters
Shaken, strain
