Q

How is a conditioned response created by a person?

A

Through repeated exposure to a stimulus accompanied by their reaction they then associate the stimulus with their own behavioural response.

Such as fear every time there is the colour blue because something that used to scare them was blue, consequently they now have an internalised fear of blue that is now a conditioned response likely to be generalised.
