Classic Mojito (Raspberry)
- Add HS Gomme to 14oz
- Squeeze a lime wedge and discard (+Muddle Raspberries)
- Add HS lime juice and DS Bacardi (Bacardi Raspberry)
- Stir
- Add crushed ice 3/4 full
- Slap, rim, and add 10-12 mint leaves
- Churn
- Top with crushed ice and soda water
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge and lollipop stick
Bloody Mary
- Add DS Ketel One vodka, 4S Big Tom, HS lemon puree, 5d Worcester sauce, 1d salt, 1d pepper, HS siracha, and 1bs HP sauce
- Add cubed ice to can glass
- Roll boston tin for 10s
- Straight pour into can glass
- Garnish with 2x nachos, 1x celery, 1x dehydrated tomato, and 1x dehydrated lemon
Cherry Boulevardier
- Add 2 ice cubes to vintage goblet
- Add SS Bulleit Bourbon, SS Martini Rosso, SS Aperol, HS cherry syrup, and 1d Angostura Bitters to glass
- Stir for 10s
- Fill with cubed ice
- Stir for 10s
- Garnish with 1 orange peel
Long Island Iced Tea
- Fill boston glass with cubed ice
- Add HS lemon puree, HS Ketel One, HS Cointreau, HS Beefeater London Dry Gin, HS Bacardi, HS Olmeca Reposado
- Shake vigorously
- Fill 3/4 coke in 14oz
- Layer boston contents
- Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice
Dark ānā Stormy
- Add HS lime juice and 3/4 fill can glass with crushed ice
- Add 2 lime wheels to side of can
- Add 1/2 can of ginger beer
- Top with crushed ice, 2 lime wheels, and 1 lollipop stick
- Float DS Goslings Black Seal Rum on top
Espresso Martini (White Mocha)
- Chill coupette with crushed ice
- Fill boston glass with cubed ice
- Add SS Ketel One, SS Kahlua, SS Cacao Brun (SS Flavour 15), HS sugar syrup, and DS espresso coffee to boston glass, 1/3 pipette MBB
- Shake vigorously for 7s
- Discard crushed ice from coupette
- Fine strain cocktail into coupette
- Garnish with 1bs of chocolate popping candy
