.75 fresh lemon juice
.75 simple syrup
Shake over ice

Strain into flute
Top with champagne

*Americano - substitute gin for club soda

2 cherry's
Orange slice 
Splash club soda

1. Muddle the above together
2. add ice
3. 2oz Rye whiskey

2oz Rye whiskey
1oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitters

Stir over ice and pour into chilled glass

• perfect Manhattan is equal parts sweet and dry vermouth
• a Rob Roy has scotch whiskey not rye.

.25 oz raspberry juice
1 egg white

1. Dry shake w/o ice
2. Add ice, shake again
3. Strain into chilled glass
