1oz Gran Marnier
1oz fresh lemon juice
Shake over ice and strain into glass
Pour left over in shot glass
Orange twist and optional sugared rim

.5 oz roses lime cordial
Shake over ice, stain into chilled glass
*ask for it up means cocktail glass
Can also get vodka gimlet on the rocks
French 75
Champagne flute
1oz gin
.75 fresh lemon juice
.75 simple syrup
Shake over ice
Strain into flute
Top with champagne
Lemon twist garnish
Stinger
Cocktail glass
1.5 oz Brandy
.5 oz Creme de menthe
Shake over ice
Strain into chilled glass
*to make a green hornet replace white Creme with green
Mint Julep
Old fashioned glass
4 mint leaves 1tsp sugar or simple syrup Splash of water 1. Middle the above together 2. Add crushed ice 3. Add bourbon whiskey
Sip stick and mint sprig

Cocktail glass
2oz gin
.5oz maraschino liqueur
.5oz lemon juice
.25oz Creme de violette
Shake over ice and strain into chilled glass
The Martini
Cocktail glass
2oz gin
.5oz dry vermouth
Stir over ice and strain into glass
3 olives garnish
*many people like vodka martinis - be sure to ask
Negroni
Old fashioned glass
1oz gin
1oz sweet vermouth
1oz Campari
Build over ice
Sip stick
Orange zest garnish
*Americano - substitute gin for club soda
Classic cocktail
Old fashioned glass
1tsp sugar 3 dashes of bitters 2 cherry's Orange slice Splash club soda
- Muddle the above together
- add ice
- 2oz Rye whiskey
The Manhattan
Cocktail glass
2oz Rye whiskey
1oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitters
Stir over ice and pour into chilled glass
- perfect Manhattan is equal parts sweet and dry vermouth
- a Rob Roy has scotch whiskey not rye.
Clover Club
Cocktail glass
1.5 oz gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.25 oz raspberry juice
1 egg white
- Dry shake w/o ice
- Add ice, shake again
- Strain into chilled glass
