CLASS- AMPHIBIA
aquatic as well as terrestrial, body is divided in head and trunk, takl may be oresent, skin is moist without scales, eyes have eyelids, tympanum is present as a ear, alimentary canal, urinary and reproductive tract opens in a common opening knows as cloaca, respiration is by gills, lungs or skin, heart is threee chanbered 2 auricles 1 ventricle, fertilisation is external, oviparous, development is indirect.

they r mostly terrestrial, have dry or cornified skin, skin is made of scales or scutes, no ear but tunpanum is present, 3 chambered heart is present- 2 auricles and 1 ventricle except crocodiles- 4 chambered, sexes r separate, fertilisation internal, development direct, oviparous
