What did you do this weekend?
¿Qué has hecho este fin de semana?
(On the weekend) I went to the market with my daughters.
My daughters played in the park.
We had breakfast.
He ido a un mercado con mis hijas.
Mis hijas han jugado (jugar) en el parque.
Hemos desayunado.
(On the weekend) We returned to the house.
My daughters swam a bit.
I put them to bed for a nap.
My daughter wanted to play in the sand.
Hemos regresado a la casa.
Mis hijas han nadado un poco.
Se han acostado por siesta.
Mi hija ha querido jugar en la arena.
What did you do in summer?
¿Qué hiciste en verano?

To move - We moved from Panama to Barbados

Conjugate the future tense: I will talk. You will learn. He/she/it will live. We will talk. You (plural) will learn. They will live.
(yo) voy a hablar. (tú) vas a aprender. (el/ella/usted) va a vivir. (nosotros/-as) vamos a hablar. (vosotros/-as) vais a aprender. (ellos/ellas/ustedes) van a vivir.
How do you use the Near Future tense?
Futuro próximo:
- Express statements in the present for an action that will occur in the very near future
- Express future scenarios
- Reflect and intention
Examples of expressing in the present for an action that will occur in the very near future:
Now I’m going to sort the classifiers and folders.
I’m going to ask my co-worker for help.
Ahora voy a ordenar los clasificadores y las carpetas.
Le voy a pedir ayuda a mi compañero de trabajo.
Example of expressing future scenarios:
Starting next month I will have a lot more work.
A partir del mes que viene voy a tener mucho más trabajo.
Example of reflection and intention:
I promise that from now on I will be more orderly.
Prometo que de ahora en adelante voy a ser más ordenado.
What are you going to do tomorrow?
¿Qué vas a hacer mañana?
Tomorrow I’m going to wake at 7.
We will go to school at 7:30.
Mañana me voy a despertar a las 7
Vamos a ir a la escuela a las 7:30
TO FIT:
There are 5 people in my car.
This sofa is very big, it does not fit in my living room
CABER:
En mi coche caben 5 personas.

How do you use the Simple Future tense?
El futuro simple:
- the intention to carry out an action in the future;
- an assumption regarding the future;
- an assumption regarding the present.
Example of carrying out an action in the future:
Tomorrow I will order the documents
Mañana ordenaré los documentos.
Example of an assumption regarding the future:
You will not finish it in a day
No lo acabarás en un día.
Example of an assumption in the present:
I imagine that your office will still be messy.
Me imagino que su oficina todavía estará desordenada.
What will you do next year?
¿Qué harás el próximo año?
I will try to lose a bit of weight because I will turn 40 year old.
I want to be in good shape.
Intentaré perder un poco de peso porque tendré 40
años.
Querré estar en buena forma.
I think I’ll start a new job.
Creo que empezaré un nuevo trabajo.
We will spend more time in Barbados.
We will do the normal things
