Alcohol myth
The more you drink, the better you’ll feel is false. There’s a sweet spot.

Zest
Flakes of the outer skin of a fruit, can give a sharp flavor
Twists
Short piece of rind, twist it over the drink to release aromatic oils, rim the glass with it, drop it in the drink
Spiral
Long piece of the rind, add it to the drink for flair
Rimming the glass
Moisten the rim with the lemon or lime garnish, turn the glass upside down into a dish of salt or sugar, then make the drink
Highballs
Mostly drinks made with one kind of liquor nd one non-alcoholic mixer. Highball glasses range from 8-14 oz. Liquor to mixer ratio is 1:4
