A

Describe pattern of blood flow through the heart

A

First blood enters left atrium and right atrium the blood is then forced into the ventricles.
The ventricles now contract and force blood out of the heart.
Valves stop blood from flowing backwards into the atrium

A

The left ventricle pushes blood around the whole body but the right only pumps blood to the lungs.
