2 February. When Pompey tried to speak to suppport Milo Clodius’s thugs raised such an uproar that he could not be heard, Pompey finished his speech anyway. The same was done to Clodius by the opposite side - he compeltely lost control.
What were the problems for the Triumvirate in early 56BC?
Pompey and Crassus were quarrelling - gang-warfare between Milo and Clodius highlighted it.
