A
Pieces of information bound together through meaning or use. Basically, a network of neurons that are used to firing together. The bigger the chunk, the more information you can access at once in one working memory slot

- Focus undivided attention - Limited slots in working memory
- Understand - Holds the underlying memory traces together. Let focused and diffused mode take turns to understand the idea
- Practice - Strengthens links and moves information to long term memory

Best way to reinforce. Try recalling outside your usual place. Helps create neural hooks that help better understand the idea
