- Any concerns about being on warfarin?
Do you understand what warfarin is for/how it works?
- thins blood
- how is it relevant for condition? AF, hyper-viscosity
- INR monitors warfarin, measure of how long blood takes to clot. Usually 1, for you with increased risk of clotting is higher eg 2-3 so require frequent blood tests
