“Christopher Columbus is a hero.” Do you agree with this statement? Explain your answer.
I disagree with the statement “Christopher Columbus is a hero.” The land that he called San Salvador was not discovered by him. The Arawaks has already occupied the land so the only thing that he discovered was the people who resided on the land. He kidnapped the natives and took the gold that he had found to take the court as well as the tobacco plant that wasn’t known at the time.
