Why is creation important for Christians today
Creation is important for Christians today because it shows God’s goodness as Genesis states “and God saw that it was good”
Why is the incarnation important for Christians
- The incarnation shows that God loved humanity so much that he sent his only son to earth to teach humans how to live
- The incarnation is the basis of Christianity. Without the incarnation, there would be no Christianity
- Through the incarnation God began the process of salvation

The Eucharist was introduced when Jesus took bread and wine and told his disciples to eat the bread and drink the wine in remembrance of him

- If God is omnibenevolent he must want to remove all types of evil from the world
- If God is omnipotent he must be able to remove all evil from the world
- If God is omniscient he must have known that the creation of the universe would cause evil and suffering so he should have created a universe free of evil and suffering

Many Christians believe that there is no point is worrying about evil and suffering as they believe humans will never be able to understand God’s reasons for doing things.

Many Christians believe that as God created humans in his image, humans have free will which means that a human cannot be free if they only did good

- Christians pray for those who suffer as that is what Jesus did which means that Christians should follow his example and pray for those who suffer
- Christians offer practical help for those who suffer as Jesus cured those with diseases. Some Christians do this by becoming doctors or nurses or by giving to charity
