The goats only acted for themselves and were condemned for this

-through good works(faith in God and obeying Gods law)
why does temptation exist and why is it bad
as God gives us free will and expects us to make choices he would approve of
-it exists because of Satan who constantly tries to get humans to disobey God

atonement is the restoring of the relationship between the people and God through life death and JESUS
