- Bible alone is source of authority as God is its author
- Bible is infallible so if there is an issue understanding lies with us
- Glories of bible is its metaphors eg. David and Bathsheba and teachings to live moral life

as bible had different writers, bible is witness to the world, not world itself while bible is supreme, it must not be read to the word
What can be said about other sources if you are not a literalist
significant source of authority but our understanding of todays world is different therefore you need things to apply to modern day
How does natural law apply to heteronmous principles
Natural law is based on the theological notion that as God is the creator, then all things have a natural purpose. This is God’s eternal law or plan for the universe.
