+Jesus made an exception
‘Anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another commits adultery.’ (Matthew 19). Jesus made exceptions for cases when adultery had been committed.
+Annulment
If the marriage was not legitimate to begin with an annulment can be granted with the approval of a Catholic Marriage Tribunal.
Not consummated, didn’t understand what they were doing, forced in to marriage.
+Loving thing to do
‘This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you.’ (John 15) Agape
Abusive relationship most loving thing to do is to allow the couple to separate.

Recognises that some marriages fail for all sorts of sad and painful reasons (and that in exceptional circumstances someone may remarry during the lifetime of their former spouse) General Synod
