When may a child or youth be arrested by a constable without warrant in breach of bail conditions section 214 a?
While on bail they believe on reasonable grounds they have breached a condition of that bail and on two or more previous occasions breached a condition of that bail. Approval of a youth aid Sergeant, Sergeant or youth aid officer is required
Explain the custody of a child or young person following arrest under section 234
Release, released on bail, deliver into custody of a parent or guardian or other adult or Iwi social service or cultural social service or any other person approved by the chief executive
Explain section 235 child or young person who is arrested may be placed in custody of chief executive
