Child abduction by a persons connected with a child. It s an offence for a person connected with a child under 16 to either take / send the child outside the UK without obtaining the -

If a parent was under the influence of drugs/alcohol and they were sleeping in the same bed/sofa as the child and they died from suffocation this would be neglect. What age must the child be?
