- Gross motor

Median age for gross motor development
6-8 weeks: Raises head in prone position
4 months: rolls from prone to supine
6-8 months: Sits without support, feet in mouth, rolls from supine to prone
8-9 months: Crawling
10 months: Stands independently, cruises around furnitures
12 months: walks unsteadily, broad gait, hands apart
15 months: walks steadily
Median age for fine motor development
4 months: hands to midline 4-6 months: palmar grasp 7 months: transfers toys from one hand til another 10 months: mature pincer grip 16-18 months: scribbles with a pen/draw 18 months: builds tower of three blocks 24 months: tower of six
Median age for hearing, speech and language development
3-4 months: vocalises alone or when spoke to
7 months: babbles, turns to soft sounds out of sight
7-10 months: mama, dada
12 months: two-three words other than ‘mama’, ‘dada’
24 months: two ore more word sentences
Median age of social, emotional and behavioral development
6 weeks: smiles responsively
2 months: recognizes parents
6-8 months: puts foot in mouth
10-12 months: waves ‘bye-bye’, plays ‘peek-a-boo’
12 months: drink fro a cup with two hands
18 months: holds spoon, get food to mouth
24 months: dry by day
