x: substernal pn that builds over a few mins and last as long as 30 min
MI
Nitrates dont work!
LOC for less than 1 min
vasovagal
cause: emotion or frightened
ringing in the ears with syncope
orthostatic hypotension
difference of 20/10 Hgmm from standing to sitting
x: retrograde blood flow from subclavian
LOC when wearing a tight collar or turning the head
carotid sinus sx
