A
Can think based on the location
Cardiac causes- MI, aortic stenosis, pericarditis, dissecting aortic aneurysm.
Repsi will have pleuritic chest pain- pneumonia, pneumothorax
Musculoskeletal- costochondritis and rib fracture
GIT- GERD.
