Epirubicin 90mg/m2
Cyclophosphamide 600mg/m2
3 x 21 day cycles
Then
Docetaxel 100mg/m2
3x21 day cycles

Or
Paclitaxel 80mg/m2 weekly

Question 2

EBC her 2 +ve (t2-t4) neoadjuvant

Answer 2

3 x 3 weekly
Epirubicin 90mg/m2
Cyclophosphamide 600mg/m2

Then 3x3 weekly

Trastuzumab - 1st dose 8mg/kg then 6 mg/kg
Pertuzumab - 1st dose 840mg then 420mg (3-6 cycles)
Docetaxel 100mg/m2

Question 3

EBC triple negative neoadjuvant (brca)

Answer 3

EC - PC

3x3 weekly
Epirubicin 90mg/m2
Cyclophosphamide 600mg/m2

3 cycles of weekly
Paclitaxel 80mg/m2
Carboplatin AUC 2
