l Side effects:
Hypersensitivity:Incidence: 2%
Wide range, but rashes and drug fever most common
Positive Coombs test, but rarely hemolysis
Assume complete cross-allergenicity between cephalosporins
partial cross-allergenicity with penicillins (about 5%)
