Androgen antagonists
Bicalutamide = androgen receptor antagonist --> bone loss Flutamide = androgen receptor antagonist --> nausea
Estrogen/progresterone antagonists
DES = estrogen receptor antagonist --> bone loss + thrombosis Megestrol = progesterone related side effects --> fluid retention, constipation
LH antagonists
Goserelin = hypothalamic stimulator of continuous LH release --> decrease net LH release Leuprolide = hypothalamic stimulator of continuous LH release --> decrease net LH release
TK inhibitors
Crizotinib - anti-ALK –> nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Dasatinib - inhibits several TKs
Erlotinib - anti-EGFR –> diarrhea, rash
Gefitinib - anti-EGFR –> diarrhea, rash
Imatinib - anti-Bcr-Abl –> fluid retention, myelosuppression, rare cardiac
Nilotinib - inhibits several TKs
Sorafenib + Sunitinib - inhibits several TKs, raf, VEGF –> rash, diarrhea, hypertension, hand foot syndrome, clotting/bleeding
