What is an add on service offered during the checkout process that is included in the package price total?

If a customer calls in upset that they cannot access their documents because they selected the 2 installment payment plan, what would you say?
During the checkout process, it explains the following “The total payment will be divided into 2 equal payments. The first half payment will be billed on the date you place your order. Then, whichever comes first, the approval of your entity by the state OR 30 days after the date of your order, the remaining installment will be billed o the card used to place the order.”
They cannot access their approval documents until the second installment is paid. In the past, we allowed customers access to their documents without paying the 2nd installment and noticed that a large majority would not pay the 2nd installment.
How would you explain manager managed to a customer?

“The LLC will be operated by manager(s) appointed by the member. The managers may be a member (owner) or someone hired specifically to run the day-to-day operation of the LLC”

“The LLC will be managed by its member(s). Members in an LLC are the owners of the company. This usually works best when the LLC has three or fewer member who will run the day-to-day operations of the company”
