A
It used to be the Attorney General but now the Charities Regulatory Authority
Also, if there are multiple trustees, they can sue each other

A
There doesn’t have to be a specific person or class
Not always identifiable beneficiaries
- Certainty of Objects in a charitable trust is loosed (re worth library)

What happens if a charitable trust fails?
A
- What was the intent of the donor?
- If it is general enough that can be reassigned then the Cy-pres Doctrine applies
- Cy-pres: property go to something that is close to the original intent.
- If not, if it fails, it fails.
